1. User Information Collected and Method of Collection

In this Policy, “User Information” shall mean information related to the identification of a user, their activity history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in connection with the user or their terminal, which the Site collects in accordance with this Policy.

• Analysis of usage status

The Service strives to prevent AI providers from using the data for learning, but the data usage policy may change due to changes in the policies of external providers.

2. Purpose of Use

The specific purposes of use of User Information related to the provision of the Service are as follows.

1. For the provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement of the Service, such as accepting registration for the Service, identity verification, user authentication, recording user settings, and calculating usage fees.
2. For use in data analysis for improving the accuracy of the Service and developing new services. (Data provided by the user when using the Service may be used to improve the response accuracy of the AI model and for technical optimization. However, this is limited to data that has been statistically processed in a form that does not identify individuals.)
3. For measuring user traffic and behavior.
4. For the delivery, display, and effectiveness measurement of advertisements.
5. To respond to inquiries and provide information regarding the Service.
6. To respond to acts that violate the terms, policies, etc. of the Site regarding the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms, etc.”).
7. To notify of changes to the Terms, etc. regarding the Service.
8. For quality control of content generated in the Service, detection of fraudulent use, and legal compliance.

3. Method of Notification, Publication, or Obtaining Consent; Method of Requesting Suspension of Use

The user may, by making the prescribed settings for the Service, request the suspension of the collection or use of all or part of their User Information. In such a case, the Site will promptly suspend its use in accordance with the provisions of the Site. Please note that for some items of User Information, their collection or use is a prerequisite for the Service. Therefore, the Site will only suspend their collection or use if the user withdraws from the Service in the manner prescribed by the Site.

4. External Transmission, Provision to Third Parties, and Presence of Information Collection Modules

In the Service, the following affiliated partners may store cookies on the user's terminal and use them to accumulate and utilize User Information.

5. Provision to Third Parties

The Site will not provide personal information among the User Information to a third party (including those located outside Japan) without the prior consent of the user. However, this shall not apply in cases where it is necessary to provide it to a third party (including those located outside Japan) for the following reasons.

1. When the Site entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
2. When personal information is provided in connection with a business succession due to a merger or other reasons.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

When a user requests the disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Site will disclose it to the user without delay after confirming that the request is from the user themselves (if the said personal information does not exist, we will notify you to that effect). However, this shall not apply in cases where the Site is not obligated to disclose it under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please be aware that a fee (1,000 yen per case) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

1. If a user requests (1) the correction of the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not true, and (2) the suspension of its use based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use published in advance or that it was collected by deception or other fraudulent means, the Site will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, and based on the results, correct the content of the personal information or suspend its use, and notify the user to that effect. If a decision is made not to make a correction or suspension of use, the user will be notified to that effect.
2. If a user requests the deletion of their personal information, and the Site determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Site will delete the personal information after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, and notify the user to that effect.
3. The provisions of 7-1 and 7-2 shall not apply in cases where the Site is not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
4. If a user wishes to delete content created using the OpenAI API in the use of the Service, the Company will respond to a reasonable extent, but does not guarantee the complete deletion of temporarily stored data based on OpenAI's data retention policy.

9. Procedure for Changing the Privacy Policy

The Site will change this Policy as necessary. However, if a change to this Policy requires the consent of the user under law, the changed Policy shall apply only to users who have consented to the change in the manner prescribed by the Site. When changing this Policy, the Site will publicize the effective date and content of the changed Policy by displaying it on the Site's website or by other appropriate means, or will notify the users.
