1. Our Approach

The App is designed with privacy as a top priority. Your data is stored exclusively on your device by default and is never transmitted to the Operator's servers.

2. Data Handled by the App

The App stores the following data on your device:

(1) Emotion Record Data

• Selected emotion (Excited, Irritated, Calm, or Uneasy)
• Timestamp of recording
• Processing status (pending or done)
• Position on the color grid

(2) Optionally Provided Data

• Notes (text input attached to emotion records)
• Location data (collected only when location access is permitted; includes latitude, longitude, and place name at the time of recording)

(3) App Settings Data

• Notification settings (reminder on/off and time)
• Obsidian integration settings (Vault folder path)

3. Where Data Is Stored

1. Device Local: All data is stored on your device using SwiftData.
2. iCloud: If iCloud sync is enabled, data is also synced to Apple's iCloud servers. Data handling on iCloud is governed by Apple Inc.'s Privacy Policy.

The Operator does not maintain its own servers and does not collect, store, or access your data.

4. Data Transmission to External Services

The App does not transmit your data to any external servers or services.

• No analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) are used.
• No advertising SDKs are included.
• No data is sent to external AI APIs.

5. Location Data

1. The App collects location data only with your explicit permission.
2. Location data is collected using "While Using the App" permission only; no continuous background tracking is performed.
3. Collected location data is attached to emotion records and stored only on your device. It is never transmitted externally.
4. The core features of the App function normally even without location permission.

6. Obsidian Integration

1. When the Obsidian integration feature is configured, the App accesses your designated Vault folder on iCloud Drive and appends emotion records to daily notes (.md files).
2. This access occurs only when you have explicitly granted permission through the folder selection UI.
3. Access to the Vault folder is managed through security-scoped bookmarks, and the App does not access files outside the permitted scope.

7. Data Deletion

1. Deleting the App removes all data stored on your device.
2. Data synced to iCloud must be deleted by you through your iCloud settings.
3. Data written to your Obsidian Vault must be edited or deleted by you directly.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may update this Policy as needed. The updated Policy takes effect when posted within the App or on the website.
